I have been playing guitar for many years, been a member of garage bands, done solo work, played pretty big gigs and lots of not so big ones.
Most of my music playing these days is with an Adult Contemporary Christian Group and a Christian Teen Band. Lots of rock, folk and ballad type stuff.
I enjoy teaching and get a real thrill as the student begins to make that first music and that, hopefully, long journey into making a wonderful sound begins.
As we are all very busy these days with shuttling oursselves and our children from place to place in bumper to bumper traffic I have found that coming to you works well. In addition to saving you the effort of travel I also find that the student tends to continue to play (practice) after I've left rather that move on to a video game or other distraction.
